Our project comprises an 8-storey single block including 26 flats. Containing one 5+1 Duplex Penthouse, two 3+1 Duplex Penthouses as well as ten 3+1 and thirteen 2+1 smart homes, the project, with Emtan's assurance, is being undertaken in order to create a new concept for living and is a result of our professional approach to our wok and our understanding of modern architecture. Besides, all air conditions are included in this project. The most important feature of our project, which is also the first in TRNC, is smart home automation systems in a residence project, which provide significant advantages in terms of cost, safety and comfort. Completion date of the project is September 2016.
