Having undertaken important projects in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and successfully completing them on time, EMTAN CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. was established in 1988 in the TRNC. Our founder Tando\u011fan Tanl\u0131 brought the experience and maturity he gained from the construction works he started in Limassol in 1958 to this company. After Emin Tanl\u0131, a second generation constructionist and our Chairman of the Board, took Emtan much further in a much stronger and more successful manner, the two brothers Rag\u0131p Tanl\u0131 and Tanol Tanl\u0131, the third generation constructionists of the family, continue to carry their contemporary visions and global perspectives to the company together.<\/p>

EMTAN CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. has undertaken important construction and contracting works in the Kyrenia region since 1988. EMTAN has successfully completed and delivered on time many constructions belonging to other private institutions, individuals and the state, as well as villas, residences, site projects and apartments that belong directly to itself. EMTAN has set itself the priority of being the most reliable, highest quality and most honest construction company in the TRNC for 38 years. Emtan’s apartment housing and commercial projects are mainly located in Kyrenia Center. Villa housing projects and site housing projects, together with their social areas and green areas, are mostly located around Kyrenia, in the regions called Alsancak\/Lapta (Western part of Kyrenia) and \u00c7atalk\u00f6y\/Tatl\u0131su (Eastern part of Kyrenia).<\/p>
